Rules of Tournament
1. Every game is of 15+10 format.
2. Player should play 1 game in 2 days period.
3. The result of the game should be submitted (personally) till 11 pm to Arbiter.
4. If the result not submitted till the 11 pm , half point will be given to both the players.
Winner carry the responsibility to submit the result
5. In no circumstances, game will be postponed to the next date.
6. Every player requested to communicate personally to the opponent. If the opponent is not responding, he should convey to the arbiter to get the point.
7. Communication between the players should start, as early as possible., not just a few hours before finishing the round.
8. Before 12 Noon( the 1st day of the pairing), both players should start communication and decide the timing to play.and should try to stick the timing. In any change, do communicate to the opponent in advance.
9. Players requested to put a personal message to Opponent, with an interval of 8hrs ( if not responded). If the opponent not responded to 3 message, and not played.. point will be awarded .
10. Players requested not to play between working hours,
In exceptional emergency, its ok..but the opponent is not bound to increase your time. He may decline to increase it.
11. Network issue, both players requested to solve the issue , at ur own level. Otherwise, Arbiter's decision will be final after knowing the game position and circumstances.
