  • Good work needs good time... excellent work needs even more time.... unlike regular dental clinics our approach to resolve your dental queries is different and to make that happen we need your 80 mins of time,

    so it's a sincere request to our beloved patients that we are trying our best to serve you better. We believe in quality over quantity and can cater Only 7 appointments per day / per doctor. Your total consultation time may be more than 80 mins so we request you to plan your schedule accordingly,
    in most full mouth rehab cases which we see daily it may cross 2 to 3 hours so we may not be able to see walk in appointments and no emergency.

    In case of emergency please visit nearby other dental clinics please.

  • This is our 16th year in dental practice and we have 4 branches and 28 appointments / day to deal with, so confirmation of appointment date, time, doctor and location / branch is mandatory to serve you in best possible way and reduce wait time or cancellations.

  • Strictly no walk in and no emergency.

    All 4 Satelite Branches Open for Consultations by appointments only.

    Kharadi branch 3 - Head quarter - Work delivery branch - starts at 8 AM and is open till 11 PM. ( On request basis )

    note - Kharadi branch 3 HQ - is also open for consultations by appointments only.

  • as we all are aware all MBBS doctors and Specialist or surgeons do surgeries in advanced setups like hospitals with ICU, Radiology and Trauma centers or Emergency service centers which are easy to manage when upgraded with all latest technologies and best in class equipments and trained staff, like so we are working with Hub and spoke module where Kharadi branch 3 - Head quarter - works as Hub with team of 32 MDS doctors panel and all other 4 branches serve as spokes or satellite branches for consultations and few easy procedures like planned scaling or planned easy extractions or sometimes planned follow ups ( No difficult work there)

    Patients can easily travel 3 to 5 km to Kharadi branch 3 - HQ - in expectation of good work and advanced set up.

  • firstly we get 10 to 12 enquiries in a day, out of which almost all say they wish to come and visit doctor, but finally only 5 patients reach clinic,

    so it is difficult for us to manage our workflow in efficient way, by taking pre-paid appointment one will be serious regarding booking done & will follow given schedule on time and doctor will be available for them in given time,

    so it's win-win for both.

  • If you follow time we can start work on time and if we finish on time we can start next appointment on time and so on for next patient.

  • 4 hours prior to your scheduled request (depends on availability of slots)

  • Consider your appointment is cancelled but you may request to re-book your appointment at later date/ time by again following appointment booking service.

    Note - No refund will be processed.

  • You have to proactively take decision and inform clinic regarding your cancellation or no show or rescheduling.

    Note - no cancellation allowed after timing of less than 4 hours of planned schedule.

after completing 16 years and delivering excellent results we have maintained uniqueness and earned reputation in dental industry, here we are making it clear that our fees might be on higher side compared to most other clinics in vicinity but it justifies our efforts and treatment outcome you will get in return and now patients are searching for us from all over Pune, PCMC and nearby areas but we wish to give benefit for those who are close to our HQ so consultation fees are dynamic ranging from Rs. 500 up to Rs. 1000

( Note - as no walk in appointments are allowed one should book a pre-paid appointment as requested earlier and even after instructions if someone visits directly he or she should understand that doctors might not be available in respective branch without commitment.

same rule applies for online appointments booked via Practo, Justdial, Lybrate or any other online sites, consider your appointment status as cancelled if it is not a pre-paid appointment on current platform. )
